Independent Living (Standard)

Available all year subject to availability.
Standard Independent Living is budget accommodation for students willing to share with other tenants (LILA*/Non-LILA*). It is ideal for students who want to share with friends or meet people and have independence during their stay. Students can book single/double/twin rooms, subject to availability. Independent Living ranges from houses to self-contained flats within larger accommodation blocks. All of our Independent Living is located in popular student areas with access to local amenities (shops, bars etc) and with good transport links. Communal areas are cleaned and maintained regularly by the accommodation management teams. Maximum journey 45 minutes, average 20 minutes. All Independent Living is self catering and includes; bedding, basic furniture, kitchen utensils, shared kitchen/bathroom facilities, common area for students with TV, 24 hour check in, Wi-Fi or internet and laundry facilities. Some properties have Sky/digital television. Some properties have car parking on request. Please note that some Independent Living facilities charge a nominal fee for laundry (approx £3).

Premium Independent Living is accommodation for students willing to share with other tenants (LILA*/Non-LILA*). It is ideal for students who want to share with friends or meet people and have independence during their stay. Students can book single/double/twin rooms, subject to availability. Independent Living ranges from houses to self-contained flats within larger accommodation blocks all of which is recently refurbished and modern. All of our shared accommodation is located in popular student areas with access to local amenities (shops, bars etc) and with good transport links. Communal areas are cleaned and maintained regularly by the accommodation management teams. Maximum journey 45 minutes, average 20 minutes. All shared accommodation is self catering and includes; bedding, modern furniture, kitchen utensils, shared kitchen/bathroom facilities, modern common area for students with TV, onsite check in Wi-Fi or internet and laundry facilities. Some properties have Sky/digital television and IT suite. Some properties have car parking on request. Please note that some Independent Living facilities charge a nominal fee for laundry (approx £3).

Cancellation Policy

Students wishing to cancel their accommodation should do so no later than one week before their arrival. If students do not cancel one week prior to their course starting they will incur a one week accommodation fee.
