English Teaching Methodology

Our teaching Methodology course is designed for teachers of English to improve their teaching skills and is aimed at non-native teachers of English. There are two sessions a day and these sessions have been chosen and developed to encompass a broad range of EFL topics and to cover the most recent developments in English language teaching. This is a refresher course on methodology for English language teachers of adults and teenagers.

| General Information | The course has been designed by LILA* Cambridge CELTA teacher trainers. A teaching qualification is required to take this course. The course can be combined with General English. Topics include: Methods and Approaches, Motivation, Functions and Meaning, Materials, Reading, Speaking, Listening, Teaching Roles, Grammar, Lexis, Checking, Understanding, Phonology, Writing, Computers in EFL, Teaching Beginners, Learner Strategies and Personal Development |
